I created this membership as a way to share tools that support healing from the inside out.
As a psychologist and neuroscientist, I believe in grounding every session in what we know about the body’s systems. But I also believe we are more than systems. We are beings with wisdom, rhythm, and potential far deeper than we often allow ourselves to feel.

FAQs
1. Will this work online vs in person?
Yes, absolutely. When I first started practicing Sound Therapy, I tested it with my husband, and he could not perceive any difference in its effectiveness. Many practitioners worldwide offer a remote option. First of all, you are listening to the frequencies either way, and secondly, on a more subtle level, there is no distance. This might be because of quantum entanglements, or simply because laws of “metaphysics” play differently. I, myself, have never had an in-person session!
2. Do I need headphones, or can I use my speakers?
Both works. The effects of the Sound Vibration Therapy will reach you whether you are wearing headphones, listening through your phone, or computer. Although this may be counterintuitive, don’t worry about the perfect quality of the sound or the speakers. Sound Vibration Therapy works on different levels of existence.
The most important prep you can do is to be in a quiet, safe place where you will not be disturbed.
3. How do I prepare for Sound Vibration Therapy?
Make sure you are in a safe place and that you are undisturbed for the time of the session and ideally add some extra time for you to come back to your daily life. When energy in your body shifts, you may need 10-15min to be fully back in the here and now. And it is good not to push your system. One option to easily do this is to do the session before you go to bed/fall asleep.
4. Is Sound Vibration Therapy a meditation?
Strictly speaking, no. The meditation I teach is a form of Focused Attention Meditation. Its aim is to calm body and mind and to ideally reach a highly aware, clear, focused state of consciousness.
With Sound Vibration Therapy you can drift off and just receive it. Although you can attentively listen to the frequencies, you are invited to deeply relax, the mind may wander, and you may even fall asleep – all okay.
5. Can Sound Vibrational Therapy help me on my spiritual journey?
Yes, in the same way as superconscious meditation can support you to let go of unbeneficial tendencies (karma), Sound Vibration Therapy can support you to let go of it as well. We learn to go in resonance with what has formerly triggered us and thereby resolve karma.
Many Awakening Stillpoint members have meditation and/or yoga practices and find that Sound Vibration Therapy helps them quiet their minds to enter into a calm, meditative state with more ease.
